Our family has lived in Mission Hills for 40 years in a restored 1914 Craftsman home featured in both San Diego Home and Garden and Better Homes and Gardens magazines. I have acquired valuable skills that help me guide clients on buying and selling older homes, from getting the right inspections done to arriving at fair market value. My clients appreciate my knowledge of structure, Mills Act qualifications, and architecture that give them a strong advantage when negotiating a purchase or sale.

Older and historic homes are my specialty. I'm on the board of directors of Mission Hills Heritage Association, working as a docent for historic home tours and conducting research on potentially historic homes. I enjoy working with all kinds of people and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for our unique neighborhood.
